Position Overview
As a dedicated member of the Joe Sarrio State Farm Team, the First Impressions Specialist is the initial point of contact with our customers. The specialist will assist customers with inquiries and appointments, manage the phones, and promote a positive office culture in a fast paced and professional office.

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Our office is open 8:30 - 5:00.
